To wrap up our Women’s History Month spotlight series, we are proud to honor Amy Carta, our Vice President and General Manager, whose journey at Weil Aquatronics is a true testament to growth, resilience, and leadership.
Amy joined Weil in April 2017 as an Office Assistant, and it didn’t take long for her natural leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to shine. She quickly climbed the ranks, becoming Office Manager in 2018 and operations Manager in 2020. Today, she serves as the highest-ranking woman in the company, overseeing all day-to-day operations and leading the team with strength and vision.
Among her many contributions, Amy played a crucial role during the COVID-19 pandemic, developing and implementing a remote work plan that allowed operations to continue safely—protecting employee well-being and job security during an unpredictable time.
She has also driven many technological advancements Weil has achieved in recent years and continues bringing innovation and strategy to every aspect of the business.
Amy wears many hats, balancing responsibilities across operations, HR, finance, and team leadership. She views the Weil team as a puzzle, where each member has a unique and essential role in achieving the company’s shared goals.
Join us in celebrating Amy’s inspiring journey and the incredible leadership she brings to Weil Aquatronics daily.Â
